Born in Leeds on 9th February 1962, Paul was educated at Moorlands and Leeds Grammar School.
In business, from 1981 I was joint MD of Lawrence Scoffield Insurance Brokers which sold to management in 2008. I was then a Non-Exec of Domus Domiciliary Care from 2009 to 2012 before we exited with a trade sale.
In 2013 I set up Lawrence Fraser Insurance Brokers with it head office in Leeds and a serviced office in London.
Charity work has included Variety Children’s Charity both here in West Yorkshire and also nationally. In the past I have been a Governor of Leeds Girls’ High School, The Grammar School at Leeds and Leeds College of Music.
I am married to Catherine, with 4 children plus 1 Grandchild with 2 more on the way.
