Tim Cole heads Tim Cole Associates, working with small companies in the field of staff retention. He is an Independent Chair of the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s Fitness to Practise Committee.
He was appointed aJP in 2001 and started sitting as a Judge in the West Yorkshire Family Court in 2011. Amongst other roles, he is a member of the Reserve Force’s & Cadets Association for Yorkshire and the Humber and the Veteran Advisory and Pension Committee. He is Vice Chair of the EDF Energy Trust and a trustee of the Arthur Duckham Memorial Schools Trust.
Tim has held a number of Non-Executive Board Member positions including enerywatch and the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. He has been a school governor, a member of Yorkshire Regional Flood Defence Committee and has served as a County Councillor.
